Weight Loss Capsules:

To asses individual tolerance, start with one capsule every other day for the first two weeks after dinner.

After the second week, increase to (1) capsule daily or as tolerated.

Drink with 16oz of water to dissolve the product. Make sure to drink 2-4L of water a day.

Eat foods rich in potassium (banana, orange, kiwi, tomato, etc.) or pair with XGaneem.

X-Ganeem:

Take 1-3 XGaneem a day depending on your need, preferably before 2pm due to increased energy. 

If necessary, you can take up to 6 a day (3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon)
