USPS PRIORITY SHIPMENTS (Domestic Shipments)
We highly recommend you purchase Priority Shipping at a price of $8.50 that provides full coverage insurance. If you purchase Priority Shipping, return policy will be outlined as follows:

Contact us via email info@fitbymichaela.com informing us that your product did not arrive or has the status of delivered without actually being delivered.

MW Fit, Inc will be responsible for filing a lost/stolen package claim with USPS.

Once the claim has been authorized for refund, MW Fit, Inc will ship out at MW Fit, Inc expense a replacement
product, I understand that I will NOT be refunded my money unless it is at MW Fit, Inc discretion to do so.

You, the consumer is aware that the process might take some time, MW Fit, Inc will commit to not take more than
14 days to send out a replacement treatment.

You will be notified via email that your replacement treatment has been shipped.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There are potential delays due to a high volume of orders or due to delays with the postal service.
***We are NOT responsible for any delays of the package once it is shipped, regardless of paying for expedited shipping as we have no control of this.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@fitbymichaela.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
